The location here is great, just a short walk to the train station and convenience stores, the staff are competent and proactive, and my room was recently renovated with a comfortable bed.

loved our time here. the breakfast offered a wide range of tasty meals. perfect central location really close to convenience stores and a number of restaurants, a tokyu department store and many eating places including an ootoya, bannai ramen, tenya, and mcdonalds, and the restaurant. it also was in the city centre of tokyo.

The staff at Tokyu Stay Gotanda were nice and really kind, helping us during our visit. the restaurant offered fantastic service and great food. the location was marvellous and incredible, being very close to a train station.

The location of the hotel was central, just off Restaurant and the city centre of Tokyo. Shinagawa Ward district was worth staying in.

The room was a good size and had a modern design, including a nice bidet style toilet when upgraded, and useful amenities like a microwave oven, electric kettle, and fridge.

Real good overall experience. Convenient place with efficient staff and free wi-fi. Central location, not too far from a tranquil park. Near a train station, easy access. A nice size and well-appointed room and decent size bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and a bidet. Down pillows, great bed.
